Text of Complaint by Swati rai:

We have ordered product on 13th aug and was supposed to get delivered by 20 aug but the delivery was late so we asked for product return as it was no more needed. Pickup person came after few days and scheduled to pickup 2 items so he said he came on 2 wheeler so couldn’t take 2 items together and took only 1 item and said he will come next day in 4 wheeler to take 2nd item but post that he never called us so we constantly contacting customer support on chat and toll free number but no one mentioned anything about pickup person is trying to contact you they just mentioned we are looking into this matter now when we started sending email to cshead@jiomart.com we got response saying they have made maximum attempts for the pickup. Please help us to get refund and more than that I want help to teach them lesson that they cannot scam customer and wash their hand easily.
