Dear Team,
I have ordered one Gold ring from flipkart and unfortunately due to size issue I have raised return request on 22nd June and on 24th June product was picked up by the courier partner. But after that I am following up multiple times with flipkart customer service but still they are not cooperative with me and always giving me the unusal TAT without any resolution. As per the portal I need to get my refund till 29th June but still status of pickup is showing as pending while it was already done on 24th June. Order id – OD225118824730481000
