I have ordered a Short Kurta from Meesho on September 5th 2021 Oder#2501739737 and i got the product got delivered on 16th September 2021, Since i didn’t like the Colour, I place a return/replacement request on the same day asking to replace it with a different colour(Orange). But again i received the same black colour and my return/refund was blocked on meesho app, hence I called the Meesho Customer and stated my issue, they told now we will take up your complain and place a refund request on your behalf and once is pickup reaches the supplier your amount will be refunded and then you can place a new request with your preferred colour. So far the pickup of the product and refund of Rs. 350/- has never happened. I have called the meesho customer care several times they give the same response saying your issue will be resolved in 4-5 working days but so far no resolution.
