I have ordered a headset worth of Rs.7999/- in easy monthly installement. On the first time i received a defective product, then i choosen replacement that one is also a defective then i called flipkart and requested make me refund since one month from last one month onwards flipkart is not anything either pickup of the defective product or refund for that product. They are simply saying we have escalated your issue in all the time. Please help me in this regard. Its not a simple amount its a worth of Rs.7999/-.
