Grievance Details : Mene ek product order kia tha flipkart se 15 October, 2023 ko, wo product damage nikla to mene usko return kia, pehli bar mene return kia kuchh 23 tarikh ko and usme muje pickup date 30, October 2023 ki uske pahle mera return cancel ho gya then again mene return request kia and mera product lene ke liye koi nahi aya. Ye hote hue mene advance me hi flipkart customer care me call krke request kri ki mera product pickup krle and again return cancel na ho to muje bola nahi hoga ab cancel. but…. Mera return firse cancel kr dia. jab mene call kia flipkart me to waha ke customer support executive gossip kr rhe the and muje koi response nhi de rhe the, uska recording mere pass hai. Iske pahle b mere ek friend ke sathe problem hui thi ki courier wala drink krke aya tha aur wo 2 din se hume ghuma rha tha and humara time waste kr rha tha ki me aa rha hu 30 minutes me aapko product dene ke liye. esa keh keh kr 3:30 hours khrab kie the. lekin uska koi recording aur koi proof nhi tha. is baar mene recording b kia h and proof b hai. Aap ek bar twitter me dekho Flipkart ke bahot issues hai and I hope ke aap khud hum sabka stand leke hmara problem solve kroge. So, I request that I got my refund and the guys who did gossips at the office timings will terminated from the Flipkart.

Ye sab hone ke baad muje 2 bar call aya ki ab esa nahi hoga fir b tisri bar return cancelled kr dia hai and ab to courier boy product leke b chla gya hai. Lekin application mai picked up hua esa kuchh update nhi hua.
