Received my parcel on 14 nov 22 but due to some glitch or network issue my otp couldn’t generate and i paid him with on his phone pay scanner.
and on the same night of 14 nov 22 i requested for refund because of size issue.
on 15 nov i called libas customer care to make them aware about otp issue so it bother in my refund. then they told me to send my invoice on whatsapp did too! on 28 they FINALLY pick my parcel after requesting so many times. worst brand and worst service! i told them that i can not trust them for my refund bcoz it took them 15 days for pick up then how many days for refund? no give me hand to hand money i can not trust you people they said “no ma’am it will take 1 week only app nishcheenat rahiye ” fuck you libas you sucked my all blood and patience who will pay for this? you harassed me mentally. after taht they started to ignore my phone call bcoz when i call with my no. they won’t pick up but when i call with my office colleagues they picks, not 1 time 2 time more then 10 times. i did what ever it take mailed them every proof i have contacted them but couldn’t got any solution! last but not least when i contacted again saying i haven’t got my refund yet then they said ma’am your bank detail are wrong i mean isn’t your responsibility to call me and make aware about that! my bank details are not wrong they are lying from starting making issue, but still i gave them my another bank detail so it won’t bounce. libas is so irresponsible, fraud ,lier etc. m telling you “IF I WON’T GET MY REFUND BACK I HAVE MY OWN WAYS TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK!
