I ordered #260924168342 amiciVision LED Lighted Tracing Board A4 Size Drawing Board with Brightness Controlled Touch Button and 1.5m USB Cable on 22 March, 2022 and delivered a totally different product on 25 March 2022. I raised the return request for this which was approved the same day and generated AWB No. R225527747FPL Courier ShadowFax.
On 26 March 2022 11:14 AM I received a message Out-for-Pickup from ShadowFax. The pickup agent came at 01:10 PM and checked the product and they took it. I asked him for a Pick-up Slip but he didn’t give me a pickup slip and he said that I will update for a successful pickup in 3 hours, Don’t worry.
But he didn’t update the pickup till now. My refund is still pending yet from your end….
I request you to kindly initiate my refund as soon as possible….
