I requested return of a particular product as the quality was not good and the packaging was also not ok. Each time I scheduled a return , it was cancelled by the pick up agent without any reason. Four times the pick up is cancelled.. when I call the customer care, they schedule another date but the product is still not picked up.. kindly look into the problem and do the needful.
