This is in regards to my order ” Sleep X king size cot” from AMAZON. The product was damaged. The first pick up was arranged on “Aug 18th, then on Aug 27th” then NOC and again on Sep 2, 2020. Still now the product is not picked up and my amount is not refunded. Talked to customer service agents every day since then and all they say is that they have escalated and someone is looking into the issue.
