i ordered redtape full sleeve jacket from flipkart price 1469/-And order is ID OD327235375909458100
Which was delivered to me on 7th February 2023. Due to the quality issue, I requested the return, I got the return pickup on 12th February 2023. But the return is not updated in the app.pick up done by DELHIVERY
Pick up Id – AWB5963639922833 By Delhivery. Filled executive not gives any pickup receipt as usual happened and tell that he will update pick up status at his office.
I am in regular contact with customer care since 14th feb and have registered my complaint but still no resolution.
Today 1st march flipkart blocked my account.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible and refund my money.
