- I took a product from Amazon but the display got broken, after that I have requested a replacement, but then my product was not replaced, then I put a request for refund after that I made my pickup but I have not even had a pickup, many times the pickup has been canceled every time. Bar laptop pickup is made, but every time the laptop is not picked up until the laptop goes to them, I will not get a refund. My problem is not being solved by the Amazon and neither are they accepting their mistake.
