Still not pick up parcel after paid charges .
And wrong mention Delhivery agent as he update parcel not available .
I want to tell you I continues request local office and customer care by email but no one response .
Why wrong status mention if parcel not attended.
Local agent say we will not pickup now as they have no time & more busy .
They are not focused on small parcel .
My parcel is 10kg ..is it small..???
Where’s mention on website for small size pick will not attend .
This is serious matter from Local office for delhivery business .
This is reminder for other people ,why use delhivery services …Very Very Rudely .
