I have recently purchased online from PharmEasy, one of the payment Gateway was PhonePe – which I opted for, because of cashback reward promised
I was supposed to get cashback from PhonePe on my order # M42335549 – for Rs.1872.67 from PharmEasy – but they refused – they said there is no cashback eligibility for this order from PharmEasy.
Please look into the matter
