Dear Sir,
I have booked on Train Ticket Dated 13-02-2019, but Train was cancelled and refund money through IRCTC to phonepe. Phonepe send me message that your refund amount 2260 rupees successfully Transaction, But I have checked my sbi account, not credit refund money 2260 Rupees.
I have many time call with PhonePe customer care & SBI customer care, no responsibility that where is my refund money?
I have send you, Phonepe transaction Id-P1902180102447099667571. so please I requested u, I want to refund my money 2260 rupees.
