On March5th,paid INR 484 to KFC Kottayam via phonepe. The people told me that the refund will be credited back to the account by March 8th as the payment got cancelled. I was asked to pay again.
I did pay and after three days on contacting KFC they reported that the payment had been cancelled and phonepe has to give us the refund. Its 21st March and no refund yet. Phonepe people are simply fooling around and not giving the refund amount. Kindly take some action against this.
Earlier complaint, I made a mistake while typing the date. Kindly help me out with the refund for this complaint
