I had added 5000 to PhonePe wallet through my Citi bank debit card and asked to complete KYC. KYC was done with PAN card. When I tried to transact it says KYC is incomplete and unable to verify beyond their scope. Ticket was opened in PhonePe app and resolution steps given which headed nowhere. I am asking them to credit my debit card with the wallet money so that I can close PhonePe. The steps they suggest ends in deadlock. They are clueless and I need my money back. Its 20 days now.
