Text of Complaint by Nitesh Padghan:

Dear sir,

My name is Nitesh Panjabrao Padghan. I did one recharge on 5th of February 2018, by PHONEPE WALLET but was fail and Rs128 debited from account which is connected with phonepe wallet by UPI.

Failed Recharge Transaction details are as follows
The transaction ID NX180205115359563
UTR NO. 803633056851
My registered no.link With phonepe is 9158472140.

I immediately call customer support of phonepe he said your debited amount will be refunded within a week.

When Amount was not refunded I again call customer support, again customer support said wait for a weak.

The customer support email me to contact your bank and fill disput form to get debited amount back.

with the information provided by customer support, I contact my bank about my debited amount so the information provided by bank to me was the debited amount was transfer to the other account by your merchant phonepe and our bank has no right to reverse the same amount from that account.

I call many times to Phonepe customer support but very bad response I got from this and get a email as follows.

We would like to inform you that for the transaction : P1802051153519591660969 as per the update received from the bank the amount is not debited from the bank account during the transaction. Please check account statement for confirmation or contact your bank for the same. 803633056851

Bank officer said that You can concern with your merchant i.e. phonepe. I have attached the screenshot of the account where my amount was transfer by Phonepe.

I also attached the screen shot of this above details acount & email to customer support but no response I get.
The customer support of phonepe wallet is very very bad.
I have also all the necessary screen shot i.e debited amount,Recharge Failed
