My PhonePe wallet was debited without authorisation Rupees 1022.94/- for Grabon via Flipkart otp on 14/02/2019 23:25pm and I didn’t shared my otp as I may be a common man not idiot, it just in 60 seconds authorised PhonePe and my money is gone. As par RBI guidelines refund should have been done by 3 days no questions asked.Please take action.
