   We regret to inform you that your postpaid bill payment of Rs 940/- with transaction ID: NX180125122914470 is failed and the amount should be reversed to your card issuing bank. We request you to please wait till 08/02/2018 the money will get reversed within the given date. But amount didn’t receive again they said to wait 19/02/2018

   Still I have not received my money i have waited for 24days.

   Can’t get response from their customers executives.
