Hi,
I had got the device from a local company person (phonepe) who was very specific that the device is INR 299 annually and no additional charges, however i have noticed that they have charged me INR 125 monthly without informing and the local person who visited on 15/5/23 now tells me that the company has charged 125 as the transactions were less than 300 transactions. I was not informed about any such arrangement. Neither was any SOP shared with me by local person. It is not about the amount but charging person behind the back without informing is unfair practice.
