I have done car insurance from Phonepe on 31 July 2023, The premium was paid Rs 5913.25 /-
According to their policy, they have to complete the insurance policy or refund within 24 hrs, waited for 13 days as per Phonepe customer care instructions and the policy is still pending, and no refund and no proper response. I couldn’t use my car these days for my work because of this issue.
