Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
On June 05, 2020 through facebook via phonedeals.in, I ordered Redmi Note7 online with a cash on delivery option.
However the product which I received was completely different and was two cheap quality phones from Q-Tel brand.
While ordering I skipped the order as it was only showing prepaid option and just after I cancelled the transaction a person name Satpal Lovi with mobile no.-07291951975 called me and confirmed it for cash on delivery.
So its a real scam going on where they have the live details of every customers who enter their personal information.
The product was delivered on June 12, 2020 which was wrong. I request strict action on them. Also there is no response from the email id they have mentioned
I am attaching all the required images of the courier and product delivered for your reference.
