I had ordered an phone Samsung M30s, My family got the empty box without any phone, I raised an query immediately to them after got the empty box. Called the delivery boy immediately, He said that he’ll come and check and after some time he switched off his mobile.
I raised the same to amazon, Amazon team told that they need some time to investigate, I got the response now, They couldn’t help in this case. What the hell is this. Why the customer should suffer in this case. Don’t buy any costly thing from Amazon. #fraud #Amazon #onlineShopping.
