Purchased I phone 7 from this site, received the damage cable. This site claimed as the product is 100% nonused. Received product with scratches. Raised the complaint trough chat box. They said they will come back after the seller responds till now i have not received any response also no one is responding through their chat box or call. Even i am not able to return the product through their website.

As we have checked product was sent to you in proper condition with 100% Battery health, also we send new accessories , but still as you told the cable was broken , we have already shipped the replacement charging cable for that . We would request you not to make false comments on free platform to misguide people. Thank You.
Folks, don’t trust on iTradeit. It’s a fraud website, which is looting people.
I ordered ‘iPhone 13 Pro (Order no: 21467)’ from them. First, they delivered a USED product and later asked me to return it in the hope of providing replacement. And now, nobody is picking my call, I have tried 100 times. No support over email as well.

iTradeit is a total SCAM. I recently ordered ‘iPhone 13 Pro’ from them and now they are not responding. My Rs.80,000 is stuck with them.
