On 18th of July, 2023 I had given my Realme 9i 5G device for repair via Door to Door Service of Realme. The issue was, my device fingerprint sensor was not working.
More than half month is past but there is no updates regarding my device.
While talking to the 10 – 12 agents, they had given me 4 ETD’s of dispatch of my device (estimate dates) i.e.,
30th July, 2023
1st August, 2023
5th August, 2023
8th August, 2023.
But there was no updates.
So I also filed a complaint in the Realme regarding my issue and there one of the agent texted me in customer care that there team will call me for confirmation. The complaint no. Is CC-202307310390 .
After complaining at Realme via online, one of the agent called me on 5th August,2023 for confirmation and said that I will get my device till 8th August, 2023.
But the date had crossed but there is still no updates.
On 8th August, 2023 I talked to one of the agent at 18:00 via customer care, and he said that I will get the call regarding my complaint within 24 hrs, but no call came.
And on 9th August, 2023 I again talked to one of the agent at 17:55 via customer care, and he said that they had call me on 8th August, 2023 but I didn’t received and said that If I didn’t receive 3 calls continuously then my complaint will be closed.
And the truth is I didn’t received a call on 8th August, 2023 and on 10th August, 2023 they called me at 9:52 when I was in school, so I can’t abled to receive it.
Since, I am a student and I go to school and come back home at 12:50, so how do I receive a call at 9:52.
In complaint I had mentioned that please call at 13:00 or after that time but they call before that given time. And says that I Didn’t receive there call.
Please help me.
