My self Ajay i am using phone pe merchant account from past 2 years in my provision store the issue facing is daily i will accept payment from customer through QR code whoever wants to make online payment customer will make the payment via UPI or wallet payment and it will show same amount in my phone pe account as well thing is phone pe will settle the amount next business day to my bank account but they will pay lesser amount settlement to my bank account then i checked the statement it showings that customer who ever made wallet payment getting charged i was shocked to see that then each day transaction i checked wherever wallet payment done cst and get has been charged and we are not aware of this things they have not given any notification to merchants so and so amount will be get charged it’s huge loss for us and even i tried called phone pe cs team they cannot refund the amount but they can deactivate the wallet payment transaction this phone pe are doing biggest scam looting the amount from a common man without any consern now a days even beggars are using phone pe and they are not aware of this things every day they crores together amount like this it’s biggest scam in India kindly check this issue
