Hi I transferred 3000rs to my sister account usingphonepe upi transaction but transaction showing successful but amount not deposited yet to customer but the the transaction UTR number is 924848234503 on 5th sep 2019 but receiver account was not showing any transaction with that UTR id . But they don’t refunded amount to any of the members.saying from our side transaction successful and showing UTR no and saying contact banker and bankers are saying issue is with phone pe contact phone pe only.
