My self Parvinder and i was trying to transfer the money via phone pe as on 25th jun but amount deducted from bank account but not received by beneficiary.
After waiting more than 3 hours, i had been forced to reach ur call center to seek help on this issue. Care person, answered the call and requested me to wait for 24 hours. I am waiting for my money since last 6 days but yet not received.
The best part is that day was very important for beneficiary. He was in a urgency. Still status is showing “transaction pending”.
Multiple calls have been done emphasizing this issue but nothing has happened so far.
