I have Purchased a Zee5 Voucher of Rs.999/- from Phone pe on 18.04.2022 but did not received. Voucher should be confirmed in 24 hours, but almost 14 days passed , they are not taking any action inspite of complaint. Again and again they are just giving false assurance. First they assured it will be solved within 3 days , then 5 days, then 7days , then 10 days, then 14 days. They are just extending the date but no support from them. Please help me to get my money back.
