Dear Sir/Mam,
I had bought gold thrice from PhonePe through my DHANI ONE FREEDOM CARD(CREDIT CARD),on 18th I have bought last gold through it.Afterwards they blocked my PhonePe account stating for security purpose they blocked and they need statement of card where transaction was made,though I had provide all the required documents but still they ignore it and sending me customize mail that send me statement.
Even there customer support executive told me that they received all the required documents.
Plz help me in this case
