Phone ordered when the price was at discount was not delivered. finally returned to the seller without consumer consent.
I ordered a Samsung s22 ultra at a discounted price of 83190 (paid in advance) on 20th Sept 2022.
expected delivery time was 4th Oct. I observed that the order/track status was not moving after the 27th Sept. shipment was stuck at Gonda Up.
I called up customer service on 4th Oct regarding the product not being delivered. they replied your order is rescheduled to be delivered on 5th Oct, but still order has not been delivered. again I called up on 5th Oct they replied same that the order will get delivered by 6th Oct.
they keep me fooling for the last 4 days. then the next day’s status was updated that the order/shipment is being returned to the seller. I enquired why my order is returned to the seller without delivery. customer executive said please reorder this product.
my concern was after waiting for 14 days they have anyways canceled my order.
also now the same product is not available at discounted price prices are hiked now. I asked the executive to compensate me the difference amount. OR delivered me another product.
I asked for what is the reason they said your address is not locatable. a different product just a few days ago delivered to me at the same address. what a stupid reason was given to me. (delivery partner was the same for both orders)
This is not my fault why should I face it because of amazon’s internal issue?
Amazon wasted my 4-5 days in follow-up. and my money is still not refunded (on 7th Oct) they said once the order will be returned to the seller then only you will be refunded.
I want amazon to pay me my money back with interest now.
