Hi this is just to inform that my name is Pinaki Ranjan Bhattacharya and my previous Paytm number or rather the Paytm number that I am facing problem with is 7686 833 698 I have been asking you guys to change this number two previously a different number and now to 8506 828 248 but everytime when I reach the last that’s all that I get is a silent treatment from you guys I will be attaching some screenshots of the Complaints that I have made and no resolutions or silent treatment that I have received I would like you to know that after shooting this mail I will be filing complaint with the consumer forum as well as I will be initiated in the social media campaign against Paytm for the harassment they have caused me I not only feel rejected but demeaned feeling like to commit s@uicide and feeling like I am and anti Nationalist or something like that even when I am in my own country every now and then I am getting no reply I am getting silent treatment this is not the way I expect Paytm to function I have always been with Paytm almost from it’s beginning in India now that after 5-6 years I feel I have really made a mistake I don’t know whom I speaking with because every time I raise a complaint I get the same old dialogue of waiting 48 hours and when the 48 Hour is done new step and when the new step is done a silent treatment which lasts for 3 months 4 months or even more than that I am sharing some of the screenshots to support the conversation.
