As per the Jio website ..(The Jio mobile number can be reactivated by making payment of Rs. 20 within 15 days of deactivation due to non-usage. Number will be disconnected on non-payment of said fee within this period.)
My no 9910**** got deactivated last recharge was done in Dec-Jan 2026 its not been 3 months also there is a grace period. You can not deactivate it this is against the law.
I am in abroad not physcally available in India. I have to pay house tax ,login to bank account I want OTP which is very imp for me.
Can you share the email of CEO also should I file a case against you.
