I purchased a phone from Flipkart last year in the policy of smart upgrade in which I have to pay 70 percent before and 30 percent after one year suddenly on 3 sep my phone is locked without any reminder and even after I pay the 30 percent just after it and now they not open my phone and giving me false promise and dates my bank details pls help me
