Hi, I’ve been a vodafone customer and using their service for more 10 years now. i have been facing a problem for a month now as even after paying a months bill in advance vodafone is unable to remove the IVR for outgoing calls which is creating lot of issue while outcalling. we called customer service several times but invain. many a times the customer service just hung up and when we asked for the manager they kept us on hold on several occasions. finally we spoke to a team leader as they stated who said will call back in 4 hours with resolution but no use. than again today we called vodafone customer service the representative said that our complaint has been put as “ignore” with no resolution. request to please look into this. ivr says pay the bill whereas the bill is paid for a month in advance
