I have placed a order of Samsung phone for rs 20000 on Amazon and received a damage phone i have reached to customer care on 30 September till now its almost 15 days i am struggling to made them understand that no one is coming to pickup. I have mails with artifacts and they saying that pickup is scheduled but no one is coming to pickup they put all my hard work into vain. As i am facing this torture from last 15 days.
