Text of Complaint by Uday Kumar:

I’ve ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 in exchange of my old phone MI Redmi 7A from the Flipkart which passes all the check points done by the wishmaster. Inspite of that he is telling that the phone is not eligible for exchange and pay the exchange amount or cancel the order, because the code received by the app is not acceptable by our system.

After 10 days of placing the order and all the offer period ended, Wishmaster is telling that the phone is not eligible for exchange then how the order has been placed and the entire amount has been deducted from my account. Now if I cancel my order, I’m not getting the offers that were available at the time of placing the order and after cancellation it will again take 7-10 days to credit the amount in my bank account.

If I’ve invested the whole amount for that period or even in my saving bank account, I’ll get some extra amount of money. Flipkart is doing this type of fraud from many times as I’ve ordered phone many times and never get the phone in exchange inspite of fulfilling all the parameters and keeps the money with them then refund it. I’ve a very worst experience from the Flipkart and I’ll never order or suggest anyone to order phone from Flipkart.

If possible, please look into this issue and resolve this problem ASAP.
