I have given my Samsung S20FE which cost 50000, in “one800” for mobile screen repair as it was only a crack on screen but they damaged my whole display and getting lines in it. Since they damaged it so I want compensation or free mobile display fix.

Mr. Rudra had placed an order with One800 on 29th March 2023 for replacement of glass of his Samsung S20 FE. However, when the phone was received, it was noticed that there was a line on the display indicating that the display was already impacted. The video of the same was shared with Mr. Rudra Bhattacharya and was duly informed that glass replacement cannot be done if the display is impacted. It was therefore returned back on the same day without any repair at all or any charges.
The facts are grossly misquoted in the complaint and are misleading for fellow consumers.
