Since past 3 months my camera has stopped working due to a software update issued by POCO. My front camera is not working due to the company’s bugged update. This has caused many problems in my day to day life.
I don’t feel the worth to repair this phone for a problem occurred due to the company’s fault. I want the company to adress the issue they caused and compensate the owners of the phone. They issued the update in order to keep the system stabilized, and with a proper trust the consumer as of me updates it, and this is what the company gives me, a software glitch causing hardware issues.
