I contacted this property owner from Nobroker.com and he said I have to 2000 rupees to get a visiting card for pg. Then he kept asking for more money stating that my previously paid amount will not be refunded If I don’t pay the complete amount. I thought that the property must be authentic because it was registered on nobroker. But I ended up paying them 52000 and I don’t think I will be getting any refund.
