Hello, I joined this organisation in 10/October/2019 and resign at 12 march 2021. I was working as travel executive in goibibo process and just before lockdown, I was provided work from home on 18 march 2020. After sometime, I was advised for moment to 1mg process and 2 of goibibo it self in ticketing process. Due to health issues, I was kept on bench due to my pregnancy and when I ask for experience letter they provided me invalid experience letter. After lockdown, we moved to panchkula and tried to work in BPO and MNC sector with experience letter due to hike. But everyone said that letter is fake so I decided to call my HR Named Monish (He is same person who gave me experience letter), he provided my many email to send resignation letter so forwarded. It is more than one year , when I am chasing whole team but no positive response found. So I decided to went to Gurgaon and ask for hard copy of experience letter. They said to E- mail the experience letter for varification so I shared instantly and shankar(hr member) said to move and said to provide information after verification over E- mail but within 5 Minutes he replied that document is invalid and could not proceed. I want to know that how this is possible to do verification when its time was 7:50 pm. If team was there why he said that he will discuss with team tomorrow as their working hours are done and moved from office. I have prof of salary payment on line if required then I can share. I have all contact number and trainers number of deepak, who trained us for process of goibibo. Apart from this, all Team leader contact number.
