The product is of extremely poor quality. It did not work right from the first day. It has not kept any rodent away. I have paid rs 600/- for a absolutely fraud product. The product did not work as mentioned in the media site. Media Site Say That It’s Result Comes In 2 To 3 Days But Today 4 To 5 Days Gone But No Result Come Also Pest Increase in House.

Further, when I contacted NAAPTOL on 28th July 2022 at phone number 01206767305 It was advised to me that
“Aap ye product be rakhiye, hum aapko yahan se half amount ke Refund Voucher bhej dete hain jisey aap 6 mahine ke ander naaptol se agli kharidari pe use kar sakte hain”
Further, I was also advised that it will start within 24-48 hours But Today 4 To 5 Days Gone But No Results Come Also pests increased in House.
