I was trying to get a loan, but after I filled up, they sent me the money of 3,000 pesos without even confirming how much I would get and how much I would pay back. I contacted customer service but the message that appears was network error I tried several times to contact their customer service but unfortunately the network error appears over and over again. and I emailed them four times with their email address and I asked them to give me instructions so I could return the money they sent to my gcash but so far no response has been received from them. I don’t want to spend the money they sent because I want to return it back due to the huge interest. I have a feeling that they ignore my message until the due date comes then they will start asking for payment with big interest.
