I was checking out the app for Education purposes because since the app is new to me I wanted to know how the app works. I did not intend to loan from the app. However from some magical reason after the registration period it gave me a heads up or a note that “MY LOAN” Is in disbursing status. Which I had no clue about. So I payed the amount immediately because I didn’t want my name to be compromised but to my f*cking surprise just right after I payed it off. It gave another notification that my new loan is in Disbursement status “AGAIN” now this app just keeps on renewing the loan without my consent. And don’t get me started from the most ridiculous INTEREST rates that are almost 80% of your loan amount. Which is so absurd. Please someone do something about this good for nothing app that are clearly scamming people. I tried to get in touch with the customer service line in the app and it just keeps on saying an error. I dont think they have a customer service line either… Shut THIS APP DOWN!!!
