Greetings
In the year 2015, I moved from Gujarat to Rajasthan due to job change. There I got both my numbers ported out from Airtel to Vodafone. I was not aware that both my personal numbers were being tagged under Corporate plan even though I have been paying for those numbers and not the Company.
Now I have been transferred to Punjab and due to poor services provided by Vodafone want to port out to another operator. However am unable to do so as the numbers are under Corporate plan. When I contacted their customer care I was informed that I will have to travel back to Rajasthan, visit a local Vodafone store to change it and that I cannot do so while remaining in Punjab.
This is tantamount to harassment for me as due to call drops and poor connectivity my work is being hampered and I am not being allowed to port out.
