I have taken personal loan by Finance named Bajaj Finance on 15 September 2019 .At that time they confirmed me 17% rate of interest.
At start of lockdown due to corona they called me and informed that my EMI is reduced due to from 7215 to 4049 rupees.
Now I want to close my loan but the bank officer are not co operating by saying that I have to pay another 2 EMI later that I can close my personal loan and after downloading app I realized that they are taking 31.85 rate of interest.
Please help me to close my account and the Fraud with rate of interest .
