I was offered job of data entry by this company named Personal Job Solutions where I have to fill up 500 resume forms. I was not told there will be any agreement. I was said to send them my signature for signing process and I will be allotted by 500 resumes. The time period to complete the work was 5 days and because I couldn’t complete it in 5 days. I had a call of someone named Mahendra from noida court saying I will have to pay 6490/- rs for not completing the work and this is written in the agreement which I signed. I wasn’t told before that there will be any agreement I didn’t sign any agreement. I was just asked to send them my sign for signing process and I wasn’t told anything about the fees for not completing the work. Further I was told that this is the demo work and for practice only. Now they are demanding money fees of 6490/- or else they will file case and I have to go to visit noida court and pay 50,000/- rs.
