I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek your immediate assistance regarding the frequent disconnection issues I have been experiencing with my Jio Fiber connection. Despite raising multiple incidents with the Jio Fiber team, I have not received a permanent resolution to the problem. Furthermore, the assigned engineer has been consistently denying to come and resolve the issue.

Over the past few weeks/months, I have been facing regular disconnections with my Jio Fiber connection, causing significant disruption to both my personal and professional activities. These disruptions have resulted in a loss of productivity, affecting my ability to work and carry out essential tasks that rely on a stable and reliable internet connection.

I have diligently reported each occurrence to the Jio Fiber team, providing them with all the necessary details and information. However, there has been a lack of action from their side in resolving the issue permanently. Moreover, the assigned engineer, who was scheduled to resolve the problem, has repeatedly denied coming to address the issue, further exacerbating the situation. Till now the intrenet service is not yet restored.

Given the critical importance of a stable internet connection in today’s digital age, I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter. I believe that with your authority and influence, Jio Fiber will prioritize and expedite the resolution of this issue, ensuring a consistent and uninterrupted connection for me and other affected customers and for the days the connection interrupted, they not even provide any service validity extension till now.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could urgently investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that Jio Fiber addresses and resolves the issue promptly. Any assistance or guidance you can provide in escalating this matter to the relevant authorities would be highly valuable.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I sincerely hope that with your intervention, the persistent disconnection issues with my Jio Fiber connection will be resolved, and I will be able to enjoy a reliable and uninterrupted internet connection once again.
