Hello,
Being completely dissatisfied with the overcharged postpaid billing and receiving no help from vodaphone gallery/customer service ..I had taken the step to deactivate my both number (primary/family plan) and made the same request for permanent deactivation on 26/11/2020 but the representative are least bothered and have taken the request into consideration.Again after multiple calls,found that the number is still not deactivate.It seems they are stretching the process so taht a second bill gets generated for the same.
Kindly take into consideration,Even if I get a second bill now I won’t be paying even a single penny as this is a inconvenience from the vodaphone company.I want this ticket to be escalated on high priority and completely deactivate both my number as soon as possible.
