I had written mail to flipkart grievance cell to close my account permanently but they giving me process of deactivation in reply.Deactivation of account means any time we can reactivate,but I want to close my account permanently.However their grievance officer said in call that at present Flipkart doesn’t having system to close account permanently. Whenever I opened account in Flipkart, They didn’t given any type of disclaimer that in future you can not close your account permanently.
